2. How to Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications by:

- Sending an email to support@shopactmaharashtra.org with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject

- Replying to any marketing SMS with "STOP"
3. Processing Time
Your unsubscribe request will be processed within 48 hours. You may receive communications that were already in process before your request was completed.

Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from:
- Application status updates and confirmations
- Important security notifications
- Legal notices and policy changes
- Payment receipts and invoices
- Direct responses to your inquiries
These communications are essential for providing our services and maintaining your account.
5. Resubscribing
If you change your mind and wish to receive marketing communications again, you can resubscribe by:

- Opting in through your account preferences (if applicable)

6. Data Retention
